My passion is to help ordinary people to live happier, healthier and slimmer lives through a range of services including 1:1 online personal training, 28 day online group slimming programmes, and live fitness classes.

Having been through my own issues with obesity in my teens and early twenties, I understand how it feels to be stuck in an endless cycle of yo-yo dieting, and feeling frustrated and trapped in the misery of being over weight.

In my own journey to better health and a lighter weight, I have forged a 15 year career out of helping others to find a better way of living, a way to be slimmer, fitter, and happier in their own skin.
Over the years I have helped literally hundreds of people to escape unhealthy living habits, and it has been amazing journey. The people I have worked with have taught me so much, and this experience, combined with my professional qualifications, is what I am so enthusiastic about sharing with my Fitness Family.
